Turnbridge Westport provides high-quality outpatient programs for adults and adolescents experiencing mental health or substance use challenges. We offer intensive outpatient programs (IOP), individual therapy, psychiatric care, EMDR, medication management, medication-assisted treatment and more. We are in-network with major insurance plans including Anthem Blue Cross, United Healthcare, Oxford, UMR, Harvard Pilgrim, and can work with other commercial insurance policies that have out-of-network benefits.
